Welcome Jo! You will find a lot of great resources on this website. I don't have any leads myself, but here in the U.S. for Ohio and Kentucky, Troy Leming collects specifically 70-71s and parts them. He occasionally sells  them too so it may be worth checking with him (contact info is elsewhere on this forum). For a reference point, he's about an 8-9 hour drive from Toronto, but not sure which part of Canada you're in. Anyway good luck with your search!

Thanks Dan. I have a lead on one here and I will need to get some of the members' insights into a few things that I am just not sure of.
I will also reach out to Troy and see what he has to say, thanks for the tip.

Ah ok, I misunderstood. Well hopefully your questions will be answered about the one you're thinking to buy!

Welcome to the forum.  I upgraded you to a full member, so you have full privileges on the forum.

The info with Troy's parts is in this thread:

It sounds like you are best to contact him by phone, his number is listed in the post. Otherwise, post your questions in the 1970-71 forum section and hopefully we can help you out.

Post some pics of your car when you have a chance.
