Lincoln Mark V has Plastic inner fenders. Anyone try using them? Same basic car/chassis with a longer wheelbase.
The above post should be read in a "Grumpy Old Man" voice.

Just going by the pics, I don't think these would work without major changes.   It appears that these plastic fenders don't extend all the way to the wheel lip like the Torino fenders.  It looks like part of the wheelhouse is steel and built into the Lincoln outer fender.  The Torino inner fenders have three bolts across the top that bolt it to the outer fender and two at the back where it bolts to the lower firewall area, which these don't have.

Inner lip kills the deal. Noticed the plastic fenders trying to start a Mark V that has been sitting for 8 years and needs to get moved.

Nice. Ever since I saw the plastic inner fenders on an ex-girlfriend's 75 or 76 Monte Carlo, I always wondered about this idea in our cars.

Yikes, a couple of those are more than I bought my Gran Torino for. Granted, it's a mess.

How about some modern Crown Vic inners? For $30 bucks it's not much to experiment.
