Hi to all, just a quick question.........is the top dash board on a 1973 Grand Torino the same as the top dashboard on a 1974 Grand Torino. Thanks

 72-79 intermediates should all be the same ( couple minor differences through the years/cars but all will interchange and fit

Have him keep the metal pan part of his that runs to the windshield. The VIN is on that.
Only Ford would be stupid enough to put the VIN tag on a removable part.
