the 73 has the halo roof, should have the color matched rear push pad on the b
bumper. It is also NOT a sport. the "30" series code is just a hardtop(formal roof) Gran Torino. Sport would be "38" for a formal or "35" for a fastback(Sports roof).

The 73 Montego is overpriced IMHO due to all the rot.
but DAMN A BLUE/BLUE Montego is BADASS!

Carl, Member/Admin since 07. Still the same admin/moderator REGUL8R just needed a 2nd account for more picture space.

Yup....must be a fender from a Sport. I forgot to check the data plate code.

Yes, nice color combo, and interior is decent.  But the rust is significant.  And, it's also missing the GT hood.  Way overpriced.

Montego may be rusty, but, the fastback Montego was the absolute coolest of the 72-79 intermediates.

Wish Ford had made the Landau available here in the U.S. It's like an even cooler, more svelte version of the Montego GT.

Looked badass in The Road Warrior, even with headlights showing.
