I am looking for alternator and p/s brackets for a 429/460 in a 1972 Torino. I don't know if the car or the year makes a difference, but I would love it if anyone can point me in the right direction!

If you don't need them to be pretty, or need A/C, I have a setup that was used in my Cougar, which is from a fullsized car.. Has Alt, Saginaw style power steering pump. A/C cannot be used with it, as the fullsize car compressor will hit the frame of the Torino.

What would it take to hook the Saginaw pump to a standard Ford P/S gear box?
Also, I forgot to mention do you have the crank pulley and water pump pulley as well?

I have everything. And a special hose which I happen to have. You'll need to create one hardline, no big deal if you have a tubing bender and flarer.
I'm only selling because I need a bracketry setup that has A/C.

Are all of them the same? Or do I need to look for certain years/models?

My stuff won't be ready to go for several weeks, so if you're in a hurry, I'm not it, lol.
Whatever you do, Make sure you get a matched set. There are so many pulley pump and bracket combos it can drive a sober person to drink.

Well, it is supposedly going to take Crites 4-6 weeks to build me the motor mounts and headers... So I think I can wait...
Plus, I just bought a motorcycle, so that will distract me for the time being.

Hey Matt,
May want to mention that you 429 is internally balanced. From what I have read, seems that the crank, water pump, etc... pulleys will be different from an engine with a harmonic balancer.
Can anyone confirm this?
