Hello, I'm a new member to this forum. I bought my 1972 ford gran Torino sport almost two years ago when I turned 18, and I have been cleaning her up and trying to bring her back to original condition, but I've run into an issue when it comes to finding the chrome trim that's on the body as well as the beautiful chrome grille trim. If anyone has any leads on where I could locate these parts, I would be very thankful.

my computer currently won't allow me to upload photos it will only allow me to share online photos so I apologize as this is not my car but the best I could find to show the trim parts that I'm looking for. I need the Chrome side parts most of mine are in relatively perfect condition but there are a couple that has been hit during their life time and are flat or dented and one has a hole in it.   https://www.cars-on-line.com/photo/91600/72ford91658-2.jpg

it's because you haven't been approved yet and upgraded to  just "new member" then you can upload pics and send pm's Wink there's a guy listed in the vender section that restores the trim pieces lee scott? IIRC if they can be fixed from what i've heard he does excellent work
vince should be along shorty to approve you...

Welcome aboard! Like John says, you need to be upgraded to a "new member" to be able to post photos.  Sorry for the delay, but you have been upgraded now.  So now you will be able to post photos.  For your trim, used is the only option.  Post a classified ad and maybe someone here can help you out.  Otherwise, keep an eye on eBay.

Beautiful car. More pics, we love pics. What tires do you have on it?

And what are the specs on your car? Engine, transmission,  interior etc.

I have some of the side trim that I'd sell cheap to get it out of my way. Located in Chattanooga.
