Owner of 1969 Torino GT Notchback purchased new in October 1968 until daughter wrote it off in the mid 1980s. Was a great car - 351 Windsor that wound up well over 140 mph in a steady climb of the speedo. Eventually had heads shaved, 3.55 gears and bigger cfm Holley Carb added for more oomph. Glad to be here and I still have two perfectly good GT headlight bezels (doors) and one taillight without the chrome bezel to remind me of the car. I'm glad to be here so I can look around in this site.

Welcome aboard!  I upgraded you to a new member so you have full forum privileges/access.  Stick around and maybe we can convince and help you to buy another old Torino.
