My power seat will go any direction but back any suggestions on 1976 Torino

Mine don't work at all.  The book I'm looking at states that there is a 20 amp fuse/circuit breaker on top of the starter relay.

Any direction but back is likely a switch failure. Forward/back should be a polarity reversal. 
Fuse link (no power at all) should be on/around the solenoid on the fender
