I saw a couple guys who took a rusted, really rusted plymouth scamp, took the muffler off, Joe'd (sawzalled) the roof off, put a plywood "superbird" wing on it, and entered it in the Car Craft summernationals in Buffalo back around 1990. That slant-six doing neutral drops and spinning it's studded snows was worth the price of admission! I may still have pix...

I spent a couple weeks at Thomasbuilt Busses doing some IT work about 10 years ago. It was...interesting.

The Highpoint area is really nice.

I personally would have thoroughly enjoyed being at the tire shop that had the "opportunity" to mount AND balance these rims and tires. The looks on the manager's and tire tech's faces with THEIR WTF expressions when this moron showed up would have been priceless. This may be a stretch, but I think the guy that owns the Fiero was without power for a while due to a hurricane(Florida tag) and all he had to look at was a J.C. Whitney catalog. Once the power was restored he made his order and bought out all of J.C. Whitney's Fiero "goodies"

Uh, not politically correct here, but.....I have heard about some kids having to ride "the short bus", this one must be one of them-there short buses set-up for the redneck kids. No room in the front, no problem, they like to ride in the pickup bed anyhow. Todd

what??? the original batmobile wasn't a 72 torino! but on a side note (being a customizer myself, but in good taste) i have personally meet george barris, and have a couple of his books personally autographed by him. that reminds me i have another pic to add, a 71 montecarlo batmobile, i'll look through my phone later and find/post it.

I say this guy made LOTS of trips to the Pep Boys accessories department. I bet his wife only has one word for his ride and him in his outfit...DAMN. It pretty much sums it up for me as well. I will give the guy credit though, lots(and I mean LOTS) of creativity to construct such a "wonderment", but I bet that sum bitch overheats like a MOFO.

In the 80's/90's that company made factory custom vehicles.
The company was called Centurion.
These were VERY popular in the horse/cattle world as trailer haulers.
They custom made Ford Factory sold 4door Broncos, Duallie Vans and they would add doors to/stretch Crew Cabs too!

He has to get rid of the yellow paint, a few years back I heard of a boy scout troop that was headed out west some place and were stopped and the bus was held until they painted the bus an other color. I don't remember what state it was but the school dist. are the only ones that can be yellow. I know in Pa you can not have the red lights if its used for any thing but school. The thing has a drive line and brakes that are better than any pick-up truck on the road. I'm sure it didn't cost that much either.
