Love the brake test from 70.

Bud sounds like a real whiner, it was the 70's for cryin out loud. Back when cars were dangerous and sex was safe. I'd sure hate to have been that driver, pretty sure he sharted many times on that road course lol Love the vid though despite his whiny butt  Clap

I know, I can't stop watching these.

The 68 Hurst Olds and 69 Charger 500 are good too, they can barely keep them on the track.

I liked the one on the 73 Buick Gran Sport, moved out pretty good with it's smog era 270 hp 455.

Same color combo as my 1974 XR7 was. The cornering shots were plain scary, viewing the wallow and tire rollover. My contemporary 17's and 18's I installed with modern rubber, along with HD gas shocks really helped.

Still would not mind owning one of those "FAT" kitty's. With all we know now could make some necessary upgrades and the car would handle descent for it's size. Thanks for sharing the video.

My '74 handled great after I did some work on it. I still miss that car. My '72 will run much harder and is more "cool", but I really enjoyed driving that plush, reliable Cougar.
