Hello all! I have a 1971 Torino 500. She's a mess, but I'm getting around to some stuff. The turn signal lever will not lock up/right, but will down/left. When up, I hear the blinker noise, but the right arrow doesn't light up. That's probably just the bulb, as no other lights really work on the gauges. On my 75 wagon the turn signals stay locked both up and down, but it doesn't click back off after the turns. Any ideas??

Its been that way ever since I've had it. I need to replace the bulb for the PRD12 indicator so I may just tackle the turn signal issue as well.
