everything taken off no engine trans no front end best way to take off

The best way is with a lift. I didn't have a lift.

several guys have done it with two engine cherry pickers, i used an overhead crane to lift mine. the gutted main body only weighs about the same as a complete engine about 700 lbs?

I used threaded, adjustable pipe stands and a cherry picker.
Wheeled one out, wheeled the new one in. piece of cake!
