Hey All, I have a cam and lifters for a 302 would they fit in a 351W? Jason 1978 Ranchero

Yes they will fit. You'll need to run the 302 firing order for your plug wires, unless it's a cam from a 5.0 which uses the 351 firing order. But if it's a 5 .0 cam and lifter then it's a steel roller cam and roller lifters.
