Hey all,

My name is John and I stumbled onto this board while searching for a ride. I was always a Ford guy and owned many over the years.

Went to the dark side for a while, bought a ram 2500. When that fell apart, I bought a new 2015
F-250 XLT. About to make last payment on it and need to satisfy the mid-life urge fir a cruiser.
The plan is to contact an actual seller and fly out to see the car. Then pay greenbacks and ship it to the east coast. I have a feeling this will take a while.

I will apologize for digging through the archives to revive old threads.

Welcome!! Hope you're able to find a Q-code. We have a few posters that regularly post Torino ads so keep an eye out.

Thank you folks for the warm welcome. I posted my email address in the signature. I don't see it and hope it is not breaking the rules. I am well aware of the time involved in running a board.

I don't see a pic icon in the toolbar now but posted a pic earlier.

Just saw this. John, welcome!! You must satisfy your thrust. I was actually losing sleep until I was reunited with my torino. Good luck. I wouldn't worry about the q code so much. These cars are getting harder and harder to find. Just my thoughts. -Rick-

Welcome!
I'm new here too but have found everyone to be really helpful. There is a lot of information on those old threads you were talking about, and believe me you can get lost in them for hours!

Thank you for the warm welcome. Having lots of strikeouts. I have plenty of feelers out there but nothing solid.
At this point I will not buy a sh*tbox just to drive a 72 again. There is a car just waiting for me to rescue it from someone who needs a lot of cash for whatever reason.

How often can a thread be bumped to the top? Don't want to violate any rules. So much info to digest yhat eventually I will have my answer.
