Just noticed on ebay that there is a company making new exhaust manifolds for the 70's 429/460.  The numbers they show are D4VE-9431R, D4VY, D3VY-9431-A, C9V2.   Anyone know if these numbers correspond with the 72-73 Torinos?  Thanks  -  Dave

Yes, according to the part numbers it will fit a 1973 Torino. That is the left side manifold.

why do these companies make the easier to find manifolds? why not the pass side 351c 4v manifolds that always crack? or the 429/460 police interceptor manifolds that are rare as heck and are also crack prone? no they repro the easier ones to find and then want a insane amount for them  smh

I can't imagine there is much of a market for 429/460 exhaust manifolds. I don't think the regular non PI manifolds had any sort of crackin problems.

The Parts catalog lists the following for a 1973 Torino 429 (and 460 Police):
 
D3OZ 9430-B (right)
D2OZ 9431-A (left)
 
After 3/13/73
 
D3OZ 9430-D (right)
D2OZ 9431-A (left)
 
D3VY-9430-B (r) and  D4VY-9431-A (l) are the 1974 Torino exhaust manifolds, but I am sure would fit a 1973.

Mid to late trucks with the 460 are known for cracked exhaust manifolds.
Seem to be cast from some sort of alloy of Crapesium and Unobtainium
