I believe I read on here that there are no bushings being reproduced for the rear link assembly Part # D20Z-5K484 on 1972-73 Montego's and Torino's? ...I have attached a diagram circling what I have not
been able to find

Bushings - 5C492
Washers - 18041

Just curious if anyone has sourced these recently, thanks.

IMO, our intermediate upper front or upper rear shock bushings can be used "in a pinch" since there may be no original style bushings to be found. Have you tried your parts request on NOSParts.com or rearcounter.com, I have found NOS parts that I once thought to be non-existent any more. Hope this helps.

I have regular bolts in my end links because the original bolts broke. Took bolts and put them thru the hole in the top of the U shaped shackle, ran a nut down and then used some front end links for parts to finish. There is a tube, another nut, a washer, a bushing, the hole in the frame bracket, another bushing, another washer, and then a nut and finally a jam nut.
It's been there since 2003, and seems to work.

As far as I know, these are not reproduced, so NOS (if you can find it) is your only choice.  Do you have the originals by chance?  You could always get some detailed measurements from them and maybe contact Energy suspension and see if they have something that would work.

Randy, you should take a pic of your setup.

Thanks everyone, I did look on NOS and Rearcounter but no luck so far.
I do have the originals, they are still on. I removed the bar to replace the bushing pressed into
the ends...so this weekend I will remove the originals and make measurements - Thanks Vince
I'll post responses from Energy Suspension here.
