I have been a F/L/M guy as long as I can remember.  The first beast was a second hand '73 MX Brougham HT.  The first trip to the wrecking yard was for the front & rear stabilizer bars. The second for a set of Magnum 500s and new shoes.  Great ride until a drunk took it out.

After apprenticing with a Ford master mechanic I opened a repair and restoration shop for F/M intermediates and the 62-66 Lincolns that operated until 1985.  I think I can disassemble and reassemble a '72-'75 Torino or Montego blindfolded.  I help maintain friends vehicles when I can.

Wife's ride is a fully restored '72 Ranchero 500 w/GT hood and interior.  I just refreshed with a 351CJ & Twisted flow heads, 500 ft/lb C6, and new exhaust.  Nothing she can't haul now!

My (parked) ride is a '73 Montego GT that was a showroom car.  It has a rock stock 351CJ , and factory 4 speed & ram air conversion, and is under restoration.

Cheers!  Stuart

Welcome Stuart! Sounds like you bring a wealth of knowledge to the forum. I upgraded you to a new member so you have full privileges. Post some pics of your cars, they sound cool.
