Hi Gang,

I need a set of front inner fender liners (wheel well housings) whatever vernacular you'd like to call them for my 72 coupe fastback.

Surface rust is fine as long as I cant punch a Philips head screwdriver through the rusted sections.

Any of the following inner fender liners should fit:

Inner fenders for all 72 - 79 intermediate Fords and Mercury's

72-76 Torino, 72-76 Montego, 74-76 Cougar, 74-76 Elite, 77-79 Cougar, 77-79 Thunderbird, and 77 LTD II.  (I got that list from a guy in this forum)

I live in Connecticut and yes, I'll be more than happy to pay for shipping if your hundreds or thousands of miles away from me.

                                                                   Thanks.....

None of those donors currently in any El Paso self-service yards currently. It's largely an issue of timing.   The pick a part model burns through carcasses, fairly quickly, unfortunately. I'd look in www.car-part.com, for possibilities closer to your location.

1.  It doesn’t matter if it’s a coupe or a fastback, they both take the same front parts.

2. What is the condition of the battery apron? If yours is good and you JUST need wheel wells I can probably help— just have to double check my stash.

In in NY just about 20 mi below Utica, so you could drive out and back in under a day round trip.

Hi,

The battery tray is completely gone and so are the inner fenders (from what I can see in the pics), they're basically swiss cheese at this point.

Presently the car isn't with me, as I purchased it from Facebook Marketplace and the car is still down south.

The guy I bought it from has been super nice and super honest & upfront about everything.

I know Utica, as I have some clients up that way.

Do you have pictures of what you have, and how much are you looking to get, let me know, thanks.

Pleasure meeting you, and glad I had just what you needed.  As you find other  things you need, let me know, and I can see what I have—if I got it, I’ll set it aside for when you’re in the area again:)
