Mine had the rotted section replaced. The section is missing at least one small hole where the plastic fastener holds on the strip of rubber(?) along the top edge.

The piece that was grafted on is from a support that hogfiddles has the  rest of.

I’ll look at mine again in the daylight, but looking at it the other night, I believe it’s the driver half that I have :(
