Does anyone where to purchase replacement door panels? Are the door panels the same for the 1977 Ranchero & LTD II ?

LTD and Ranchero should be the same, except some Ranchero GTs used the thunderbird door panels, (same panel with a bigger armrest).
Cougar may also be same/similar
