69 Torino 428 SCJ

   I have a 69 Torino 428 SCJ and wanted some suggestions on bumping up the h.p. factor.I would like a suggestion on heads,intake/exhaust.The car is stock, pretty much the way it came from the factory.Also, would getting into the tranny(c-6) help me hook up along with these mods.I wouldnt mind spending a fair amount of money to get the job done, but do not want to break the bank either.Any info and sources for parts would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
