The 70 Ranchero grill will fit on the 71. I would imagine the Cobra would as well. There may be an issue concerning the center emblem being correct for your vehicle, but physically, all will fit.

Since the fenders, bumper and hood are all designed the same, it will interchange with the proper bracketry. If yours had the hideaway setup, it will be a more involved swap.

I'm not sure about the standard grill, but....a 1970 Cobra grill will NOT bolt in unless you change the headlight stands. The 70 Cobra headlight stands are deeper (from front to back) than the 71 stands
