Hi,

So an update on parts needed:

  • A set of bucket seats with rails that will fit a '72 GTS  would prefer local to northern California area
  • An automatic floor shifter
  • Middle console brackets
  • Torino shifter trim piece for the middle console
  • Complete Front seat belts - Black

================================================================
My son and I are starting a project and need some parts.  We're located in the SF Bay area and could possible pickup if needed.

- Dash pad - color doesn't matter just would like no cracks etc
- A pillar covers
- Small window crank for rear side windows - I can get the large ones new but can't seem to find the smaller ones new
- Dash plastic
- Gauges with cover - unsure of the term but looking for the cluster and cover that houses the extra 4 gauges on the side
- Package tray trim pieces (sport roof)
- drivers side remote mirror
- Buckets seats
- door panels - our are not bad but had speaker holes cut in them that are larger than the speaker grills
- A/T floor shifter
- Front Seat Belts - have none currently

Basically someone was about to turn this '72 GTS into a race car but only got as far as removing some interior pieces.

Thanks,
Joe

Hi Don,

Unfortunately when I click on the Post Options the only 2 options is to "Reply" or "Quote"

I am logged in and I also looked at the FAQ and it appears I need edit rights assigned to me.

This post was to test and see if I could edit. Answer is yes. I don’t see a delete button, though.

This what I see when clicking Post Options

This is what it states in the forum help section, so looks like the rights to edit have to be created?

There is a time limit for editing posts, I think it is 7 days. All members have it except admin staff. It’s probably better to post an update so it bumps the post back up anyway.

If you really want a post edited, just ask and admin or moderator and we can edit or delete posts if required.

You do have permission to post pics, only probationary members don't.  It takes a minute to figure it out but once you do it's not too hard.

We have some info here on how to post pics:

Hi. Are you still looking for a set of the front windshield pillar post mouldings? I've got a new set that I am selling. These are the same ones that Auto Krafters sells in their 2026 catalog for $119.95/pair. I will take $75 plus whatever the actual shipping cost winds up being to send them to you from Franklin, TN. Here's a couple of pictures of them:

Please let me know either way so I will know whether or not to list them on Marketplace.

Thanks.

You post has been updated. As I said before (see post above), the profiles on this forum do not allow of anyone other than Admins and Moderators to edit posts after more than 1 week.  Just post an update here and we can do the update for you.

Thanks, sorry I missed the after 1 week, thinking more that was because I was new and had to wait a week in order to get those permissions.

May want to reword the FAQ section "
How do I edit posts?
Unless you are a Forum Moderator or an Administrator you can only edit your own posts and only if the forum administrator has created the relevant rights for you to do so. When you edit your posts depending on the forum setup, it will display the username, time, and date of when the post was edited at the bottom of the post.
