The left side of my top is not lifting. I just bought the car so I don't know the age of the rams but they look pretty new and there are no leaks. I do see air in the lines going to the left ram. I topped off the fluid and cycled the top up and down several times but it still doesn't lift and there is still air in the line. 

Is there a procedure for bleeding the system I need to follow?
