that part number isn't in the Dennis Carpenter catalog, have you looked at the Dearborn or whatever it is now listings?
 
nevermind, they've scrubbed all the Ford part numbers from the listings Thumbs Up what a bunch of J/H's

Ford number system I understand. But, that may be what the part was designed for, but they are not always used in only that application. Either can be the case here. I am leaning that way (Galaxie) but I would like documentation to support it.
Might have it figured out with help from another site. Just trying to back it up. Gonna sell it and I want to represent it correctly.
