I have a 1974 Gran Torino. I pulled the dash wire harness out along with the fuse box. I notice there are not post for the box were it is labeled
heater it's a blank, anybody know why. I also have a 1975 Gran Torino, the fuse slots are different and it does have a slot with the fuse for the heater and has the fuse.

Any reason why the 74 does not have them and were the power for the heater comes from.

Also any ideas were I can get an AC connector for the 74. It's different from the 75.

Thanks Tom

Thanks, it seems like it would have been a lot of work to take all the connections out and leave it black it there was an issue.

ok, i looked at my 74 non-a/c fuse block... on the row opposite to the flashers, the upper slot is labeled heater, just below the two small slots that are labeled buzzer and warn lps. the next fuse slot below the heater is blank. if that helps? i think some are in different locations on some models??? the a/c cars may be a little different?
