Posting as an FYI
 
Ron in Indiana is reproducing the stripe kits and now I just found out Steve in Ohio is also doing them.
Unless Ron is having Steve do them? lol

Did you check with Phoenix Graphics? Not even sure if they are still around

Yes they are still around. They say "any decal, any car', so I guess with accurate photos they could reproduce it.
