Hi all... New to the board, always been a fan of Torinos, now an opportunity to purchase one has surfaced.. for the record, I haven't seen the vehicle yet... Been in storage for the past minimum 7 years, it's a friend of a friend. Are all convertibles GTs?
It's an automatic.. that's really all the info I have as of now, hoping to get a visual this week.
Thanks

Welcome!  Yes, all 1970 convertibles are GTs.  I have upgraded you to a new member so you have full forum privileges. Keep us posted on the new car.

Hi... Just an update.
Went and saw the car, it was basically a basket case, it needed everything from interior to wheels, plus body work. It was 302 two barrel automatic... Not for me, at the price point he wanted. I feel like it would be a blank check to get it going down the road. The car was basically an abandoned project. Thanks for the help.
