I don't know of any places reproducing these rods. I have them seen them pop up in ebay now and then. A junk yard donor could be an option, but probably costly if you have to get the whole door.

I did see some rods on ebay. At least one of them looked welded. I'm skeptical how the alignment would be, or I would probably weld mine. It's too bad they didn't reproduce these. I found someone with a donor nearby, fingers crossed that works out. The roller on the regulator is also broke and I can't find a replacement. I'll probably have to buy a new regulator. This window project is becoming alot more expensive than I planned.
