Hi all,
I’m looking for the following parts for a ‘70 429CJ Torino that I am building now. I understand some of this stuff will be pricey, but I’m looking for reasonable condition parts at fair prices. This will be a very nice driver condition car, but not a high end show car, so good clean used parts are perfectly sufficient, as long as they are indeed usable or reasonably restorable. This is not an exhaustive list of everything I need, but I will add/subtract parts from the list as I find parts I need or discover that I need more. If you have any or all of the parts listed here, please respond with specific details on what you have as well as price. I am located in the Reno area of northern Nevada, so assuming you aren’t local please let me know where you are. I’m happy to pay for shipping on these parts. 429CJ complete shaker assembly - ideally looking for ORIGINAL, not repro, but may consider a repro if the cost is right. The air cleaner base is not critical as I will likely need to modify it anyway, but I still need the lid and scoop. Grill and hideaway headlight assemblies - might consider using the correct Cobra grill if I can’t find a hideaway setup Four speed center console Tri-spoke steering wheel Cobra door panels and rear seat panels Driprail, roof rail (weatherstrip), windshield and back window trim and some other assorted trim pieces Upper door and quarter window opening trim Rear package tray All interior trim Hood grill inserts GOOD solid original dashpad and trim around the gauge cluster Rear bumper brackets Three spoke steering wheel Hood pins Fuel tank More parts that I will add to this list as need arises. If you have any or all of this stuff, or even a complete parts car that has a lot of this stuff, please send me some details and I will be in touch ASAP. Thanks!

Figured I would give everyone a heads up about a suspicious message I just received.. as we all know, scammers are rampant on forums like this. It was from a new member named TorinoPriest:
“ Hello buddy, Cargill was just talking about parting out his Torino a couple of days ago. You can reach him faster at bondcargill@gmailcom for faster responses. Goodluck with your search 🍻” His member profile says he is in California, but his introductory posts implies he’s in Vermont, so another point of suspicion. Sure fits the textbook definition of a scammer to me! Be careful out there, folks.

I have the windshield trim, the rear window trim and the drip rail moldings. I also have a front bumper and brackets, not the rear ones, some window regulators a couple of GT quarter panel extensions and probably some other stuff from a 71 GT that was in a U-Pull-It. Message me if you want anything.

Hello. I have the hideaway headlight thin stainless trim surround and possibly some support pieces for the doors. The trim is in good shape with a couple small dings that can be repaired. I can send pics if you still need this. Scott scottgib56@gmail.com Medford OR
