Hi all, my winter restoration project is going well but I am not able to find the correct rear hood to fender bumpers. There is a 3/8" hole on each side. Needs a push in style. Bumpers I got have a screw mount. Won't work. Can someone show me a pic of their's and where I can buy them? Thanks, Ed
Thanks,Ed

The hole you have pictured is not used for the rear hood bumpers.  They are round and mounted on the cowl with a single Phillips head screw.

There are four bumpers on the fenders that slip into slots.  These can be bought at one of the Ford supply places.  Not sure on the round ones.  Mine are original.

Hi Shufitz...wow...it never dawned on me that those screws were for the bumpers. So the ones I got are correct then. That's great news. Mystery solved but what are the other holes for? I dismissed the idea that they are drain holes because they are not at a low point.

Thanks,Ed

Hi Ed,
There looks to be 2 holes that do not get used, possibly drains into cowl from the little valley created there by the cowl cover(?).  Below is a side by side of my car and yours.  The other non used hole is under the washer nozzle hoses.

Yes, I see that but I was referring to the holes at the very top of the fenders.
Thanks,Ed
