Looking for a picture of how the fuel line runs through the firewall into the wheel well area on a 68 Torino Convertible. I think the last person who worked on this car rigged it a little and I'm trying to restore it to where it should be.  Thanks in advance.

I'm a new member and can't post a picture yet, but when I can, I'll post the picture you're looking for. Dave

I don't have a convertible. But on my 68 cyclone the fuel line comes out into the front driver's side tire well and the into the engine bay just in front of the strut tower through the fender apron. It comes out right by the mechanical fuel pump. the 90ish degree turn is made with a soft line between the two hard lines.

It doesn't actually go through the firewall from what I remember. I will try and post a picture for you.

The fuel line comes up from underneath by the driver's side torque box. Then routes forward and into the engine compartment via inner fender apron.

Here's MPC diagram:

Also, try the attached link.  This came up on the Ford Muscle forum a while back and I replied with some info & pics.
