Nearly impossible to find. I know of a rumor that a Chevelle bracket will work, but don't know for sure. I used a 72 Cougar metal one, where i simply drilled new mounting holes in the bracket to align with the Torino valence holes.

And I seem to recall someone modify a 1970-71 Torino licence plate holder to work on a 1972-3 but I cannot find that thread.
