if i'm understanding this correctly, you have a plastic fuel cell inside the metal tank, if it's sealed for the gas, can't you drill a small 1/4" hole or two in the metal tank to let moisture drain out???(before you put in a new cell)

many years ago i had my 4 lug monza axles redrilled to 5 lug Big smile
they did an excellent job! cleaned and retrued all the surfaces, shipped them back in like a week! just make sure you specify stock lug studs or you'll get those 4" long racing studs Shocked

did you only drill the outer cowl piece regarding the spot welds? i'd weld it back in the spot weld hole, that's often referred to as "plug welding"

Next question anyone know were to find body measurements for body panels. I am replacing right inner fender,on unabody (sp)car it should have been part of sub frame. What I want is distance between fenders and some cross measurement from one side to other.

Clean metal, but it can be used over epoxy primers (DP-90, etc.)

80 grit on a DA sander is fine you don't have to use a grinder unless to remove rust, 80 grit is enough "tooth" for the bondo to adhere to Wink

There are some rims for sale for a good price, but they most likely have a 5x4.75 bolt pattern. Maybe you can have the bolt pattern drilled to a 5x4.50 bolt pattern. If you want to see them Click here.

Do you need just the front left and right turn signal lenses like number 1 in the picture below? Or do you also need the side parking lights, like number 2 in the picture below?
If you want to see a front left turn signal lens for sale Click here.

The 77 and 78 front turn signal lenses appear to be exactly the same. The 76 appears to be different. There is a picture below of a 76 lens.
There is a picture below of a 77 lens.
There is a picture below of a 78 lens.
