you may need to also loosen the 2 bolts on the sides of the window bracket to get it to come out of the metal body panel, if so 1 can be accessed from inside and the other is accessed by removing the vent or big round plug in the door jamb

wayne, if you removed the driprail, you can remove those you need to remove the interior panel, remove the quarter window...2 bolts in the metal panel lower it down into the body to access the screws in the fuzzy seal theres about 4 or 5 of them may be hidden in the fuzzy, they are phillips head screws, remove the interior plastic sail panel piece around the opera windows too, be careful those type have a clip in the center of it that pops out from a 1/4" hole ....

I am getting ready to install a new vinyl top on my 74 Gran Torino Elite and the only thing holding me up at this point is the removal of the curved quarter window trim. Can’t find any reference anywhere as to how it comes off. Any tips or tricks from anyone would be of great help. I have already removed the drip rail over the window just the curved piece remains so I can install the vinyl top properly. See picture for piece in question. Thanks in advance!
