Let me know if you find a source for weatherstripping, especially for the tailgate. Mine is so sunbaked that every time I close the tailgate, more chunks fall off.
1972 Gran Torino station wagon, light blue, 351C 2V, prior owner upgraded to 4V (2V heads), originally had a C4 but prior owner changed to C6 for some reason.

Ok. Met a guy in Michigan who used a truck weatherstrip but have lost contact. Looking at strips from that era country squire too

Welcome and post some pics when ya get a chance. Wagon parts are tough to come by, but they are still out there. I sourced my tailgate weather stripping from Ebay, but it took along time to source one, but I still see them pop up every now and again. Same with the bumper.

Good luck with the hunt....Thumbs Up

For weatherstripping, you can contact Steele Rubber.

They built a custom catalog for me for my 1973 Gran Torino.

Otherwise eBay may list it.
