Are any of you running headers on your 72/GTS/351cj cars?

Flowtech makes a (cheap) system……..just wondering….

I was looking again yesterday, and the Hooker 6915 seems to still be the best choice for a 351 with 4V heads. The Flowtech still has lesser reviews and few have posted that they fit great. So those are more of an unknown than the Hooker's.

I could use either the 3" or 2.5" collectors, but I think only the 1.75" primary size is good for most builds.

The only other common header is from Flowtech, they have one in black paint(12118FLT) and one coated(32118FLT) for about $230 more.

We have a headers thread here:

You have to make sure the headers will clear the Z bar on your 4-speed.  FPA makes a very nice set of headers, but I am not sure if they will work with a 4-speed.

I have Hooker 6915s, not in the car yet.  Worried about fitment issues if I go from C4>C6, which is beginning to look like a reality
