For the brake booster, you'll pretty much have to send your old booster somewhere to be rebuilt. I used Power Brake Exchange out of Los Angeles, and they turned it around really quickly.

Power Brake Exchange is whom I recommend. Call them, and double check but generally, they can take and either do a dichromate (gold) zinc plating or black powder coating for a reasonable cost.
Not sure on lead time, but generally, they were pretty reasonable.

Power Brake Exchange was awesome, very reasonable and fast. Thanks for the referral.
Where do y'all look for parts. I have sort of scoured the internet. Dearborn(MACS), Couple of classic sites, eBay, etc. I need parts to put my 2 spoke steering wheel horn assembly back together. I am still searching for a gas tank neck. Driver side brake lens only Passenger side front marker light housing and lots more. Any suggestions?

Auto Krafters and Melvin's Classic Ford Parts are the other two places I know of that specialize in parts for old Fords. So it's basically those two, Eckler's (the group that owns Mac's and Dearborn Classics), or whatever you can find on eBay, junkyards, or Craigslist/Facebook Marketplace.
But sometimes you're just SOL, like me with the seals for the windows and tailgate glass on my wagon.

For the brake booster your best bet is getting your old one rebuilt or getting one from another car. They are really hard to find. For the temp gauge, you might have to buy an entire gauge cluster from ebay or find someone here. I hope this helped

Joel - For the Engine block temperature gauge, if you need the engine block sending unit, look on e-Bay. I just purchased one. Thanks, Chris

Orielly Autoparts stocks the sensors (at least my local store did)
edit: Oil pressure sending unit, screws into port on rear top of block, STD PS60, $22.99 Temp sender, front of block, STD TS58, $19.99 I also checked Rockauto, Summit Racing, and Napa. Found Oriellys had the oil pressure and temp sending units in stock and within Rockauto pricing w/o the shipping costs and delays. A majority of parts that are oddball. You need to search for them and also know what can interchange and what doesn't. Common issue now: Toploader clutch kits and flywheels for the 72-74 Torino/Gran Torino. Rockauto and a number of other sites do not list the correct 11" clutch kit (No clue when this change happened, but for Cleveland and 351W cars, you have to think outside of the box and search 1970 Mustang 351C flywheel/clutch etc Gas tanks for 72-73 cars, you have to search under only "Torino" and not Gran Torino. And then, only 429 engine, even though the tanks are the same from Spectra. As these cars age, less parts are available that used to be readily stocked...but I get it. More mainstream modern cars will move more parts than a 50 year old Ford Torino. Ford parts, I suggest getting with Autokrafters. They have a good handle on the harder to find parts. There are other places, but it boils down to what specific parts you need.

You're welcome, glad they got you handled. Regarding a few items: What year tank neck? I may still have a few 72-73 necks that are usable. You will need to buy a new neck to tank seal. Driver side brake lens, does your have the black paint? or no black paint in the fins? Regarding the seal for the tail light, a company called "repops" makes those. AutoKrafters stocks them. You can also find them on eBay I believe. Turn signal lens - if it's a 72 front bumper amber turn signal, I still have several laying around. I also have a couple fender marker lenses (the one that bolts into the fender). Feel free to send me a message if you have a list.
