I didn't see anything in the how to and search didn't come up, so looking for some help please. Is there anything special to remove the window trim, especially at the rear by the rear side window. It seems pretty snug and secure and didn't want to just go prying away at it. This is on a hardtop sportsroof. Thanks!

Yes sorry. Especially the part that curves down and under the bottom of the back window.

I got an answer on another group page from Jeff M. Hopefully this thread can help someone else down the road!

You have to remove the rubber weatherstrip seal at the roof channel
above the door and quarter glass. Inside that black channel are
screws. After you remove all screws from roof weatherstrip channel,  carefully pry it down as it has an adhesive seal tapeholding it that seals the
screws and channel to drip rail molding. After you remove the channel scrap
off any of the leftover seal tape and you will find more screws that hold
the aluminum drip rail molding to the body. After those screws are removed
carefully pull down on drip rail molding. It will have resistance as its filled with butyl to seal the molding to body.
