So I’m looking for info on the correct colors for the round grill medallion on the he 1970 GT’s. I have 2 older faded ones that I believe are original and on both the “GT” letters show an obvious faded red along with a ring of red and one in black. All I can find online that are supposed replacements have black GT letters. Anyone have a close up pic of a known original.

Can't say for certain on the colors, but there is a very costly NOS emblem posted on eBay.
 Also below is a screen grab of a page from the 70 Ford Brochure, sure looks black there.  Edited by schufitz - 03-March-2025 at 8:10AM |
