Any one know if the front and rear seats from a 1978 Thunderbird will fit a 76 2dr Elite?

Yes. floor pans had not changed, so the seat tracks will bolt right in. Elite should have a split bench front seat, so the floor pan will have all provisions for mounting bucket seats or a split bench seat.
Rear seat is unchanged as far as I am aware and will swap in.
