Oops, of course it's not two 1972s. It's a 72 Torino and a 73 Mercury. Pardon the lapse in thinking.

I fixed your title.  That Brown '72 looks pretty nice, although it is missing the fender moldings.  I bet it was not originally a laser stripe car.  For what appears to be an H-Code, it is very pricey!

That Montego GT is a Q-code 4-speed - super rare. It looks like it has a lot of quick fixes though, like the blacked out undercarriage (note the rust by the rear coil springs), and lots of detail work would be required to make it really nice.  Those wheels and tail pipes look cheesy.  A little steep at $40K IMO for the condition it's in.
