Vince......quick question:

are there any other models that share ANY these moldings......ie: thunderbirds, montegos, cougars, Marks, etc.....?

I'd have to double check the parts catalog, but I'd say the only ones the Torino shares these moldings with are the Rancheros as outlined in the chart. The 1977-79 cars had different body lines. I'd have to double check the Montegos but I don't think they interchange either as there fenders and body lines were substantially different from the Torino.

Let us know what the status is Pete.

AS for interchange, the Montego does not interchange with the Torino.

The amount of time is beginning to frustrate me, but, at least they respond every now and again...

Their response this morning:
"Hi Peter.. I'm out of the country with limited Internet. Disposing of some property in Eastern Europe.
When I left we had perfected the jigs and benders and reordered the front wheel opening molding die as it came in too thick to bend.

Very possible we have initial samples before the end of March.

Thank you "

Very good, it sounds very promising. Keep at it, showing interest with a little nudge does help. I don't expect to need these myself, but it's the same as many many parts over the years that I have needed. I need mostly custom parts now, which are a different thing.
