So, I have been dealing with my little shop arms and the cross bars for the UCA's. Been really a big pain in the backside. Not exactly happy, really wish I would have had the cross shafts from Hotchkis. The rare Parts cross shafts need to have clearance grinding done on at least on side to get these things installed and it's frankly been a royal pain due to the length of the cross arms. Had to clearance one of the tops of the UCA's bushing tubes to gain the needed clearance. I have had bushings sitting in my freeze for the install tonight.
I'll post pics but overall while I the quality of the little shop's UCA's were very nice, outstanding welding, pretty sure you actually want to stick with the 72-73 cross shafts and not the later 74+ cross shafts.

Bama, the same issue we deal with from so many suppliers:

Not enough volume to justify the money/time/materials to wind up having them sit on a shelf.

Shame really as they made. Really nice piece.
I just wish the cross arms would have been made like the Hotchkiss pieces as those hotchkiss cross arms for bolting to the frame were machined for aftermarket applications.
