Does anyone manufacture the top of radiator core support rubber 
piece that extends forward from core support . 9 plastic push pins holds it on to the top of the core support .

Nope not that one . 
 It’s about 3-4 inches wide , 24-28 inches long and has 9 
Plastic push pins that attach it to the top of core support . 
The majority of it hangs forward toward the front of the core support . I’m not by the car presently to get exact measurements. 
It’s a 75 Mercury Montego
