Does anyone have a good way to fix the tabs on the plastic gt grill, the center keeps on cracking

Have you tried 'Plastex'? It's a fine powder with a liquid activator. I've used it with good results to repair cracks in some interior pieces as well as to build up a flange that was broken off and completely missing from my console.
