Hi Gang,

I’m new to this forum but definitely not new to car forums or restoring cars and I’d like to start by saying that the folks in here seem pretty friendly.

Having said that….I’ve already spent days scouring the threads in here on many different topics and I’ve learned a lot more about Torino’s than I ever knew before, and I’ve picked up a lot of tips just by reading some of the answers to people’s questions.

I found several threads on Ford car parts interchangeability and I have a list of all the years, makes, and models that I could choose form to source parts for my (new to me) 1972 Torino fastback

Of all the cars listed that are interchangeable, with the 72 Torino coupe, the 1977 thru 1979 Ranchero is not listed. It looks like things fall off for the 72 Torino with the 76 Rancheros.

I’m in desperate need of a set of halfway decent inner fender housings (inner wheel wells) and I found a pair on the “The Bay” but the add lists them as:

“Inner And Outer Fender Pair Fits 1977 RANCHERO 1978 1979 77 78 79 LTD”

My question is…. Will these inner fender housings fit my 72?

Any & all replies are welcome, and thanks in advance…….
