Wondering if anyone has a bit of insight on how the retaining clip at the back of brake booster at the brake pedal comes apart ?
I’ve don’t want start pulling until I can get a better view of it or a tutorial. Thanks much ! This is on a 75 Mercury Montego

look closely at it, youll see a small 90* lip on one edge... get under it with a small screwdriver just enough to allow it to slide away , it only has to slide an 1/8"then it will come straight off the end of the shaft.
think of it as a C clip with a hooked edge keeper if that makes sense... |
