I have a 1972 Gran Torino Sport.....exact color and striping as the movie car....ivy green metallic. it has a 351 cj with an automatic. She is in need of a good restoration. It's been in the garage for 20 years but got sick and couldn't start on it for some time. Now that I'm a little better I wanna try and get her on the road again.....any help with interior parts in the Pittsburgh area would be appreciated. I could also use the name of a good machine shop for the engine rebuild.

Thanks

Thanks Peter, it’s getting tougher to find parts these days…. I miss the days when you could go dumpster diving at the local junkyard and find all kinds of goodies…. Now there isn’t crap. Lol

Welcome to the forum!  I have upgraded you to a new member so you have full forum privileges.  Start a project thread or post some pics of your car.

For a machine shop, I used TMeyer in MN.  He isn't cheap but does top notch work and specializes in 335 series engines.

Tim Meyer is the parts connoisseur for these engines , but he doesn’t do machine work anymore for customers.
So you’ll have to find a machine shop and spend a year waiting in line
