I don't think I've joined a forum in fifteen years, but I was glad to see some recent activity here when I was looking for info about my car, so here I am!

My forum name is CGord, and I've been into 68-69 midsize Fords since I was a teen in the 80s. I've owned 68 and 69 Torino GTs, a 68 Ranchero 500, a 69 Mercury Montego MX, and currently own a 69 Fairlane 500 convertible, an early inheritance from my father (he's still around, but no longer driving).

I owned all of the others in the 80s and 90s, until I sold the last two (the 69 GT and the Montego) and got into Fox body & SN95 Mustangs. In a funny sort of repeat, I sold the last two of those (a 91 LX 5.0 and a 97 Cobra) last summer, and got the Fairlane last April. So I sold a couple of midsize 60s Fords to get into 90s Mustangs, and then I sold a couple of 90s Mustangs to get back into midsize 60s Fords.

Welcome to the forum!  We are still one of the few active forums out here and have a ton of good info around the site. I have upgraded you to a new member and you have full forum privileges.

Post some pics of your new and old cars when you got a chance. We'd like to see the Fox/SN95 Mustangs too.
